Hello, I just subscribed to the annual android premium service.  Not only do I not have access to the premium features, I cannot even look at past observations for the basic service -- it tells me I have to be a SkySafari subscriber (which I am).  Everything was working just fine with the basic service prior to trying to upgrade and use the "free trial".

Can anyone help with this?

  Update....I can now see the basic service options....however, it does not seem as if the premium ever took hold.

  Hello Matt, You should be able to see premium feature now. Let me know if you still don't have access.
