I have a have a Celestron CGEM II mount that I am trying to control/goto with Starry Night 8 Pro via CPWI. All firmware and software, including ASCOM, are up to date as of today, 10/24/2025. My pc is connected to the CGEM II via usb to the hand controller. I launch CPWI and align and my goto's are spot on. When I launch Starry Night 8 Pro and connect using the CPWI ASCOM driver, my goto's are exactly 180 degrees off. I have my location set correctly in SN8 Pro. Additionally, when I connect SN 8 Pro to the mount via CPWI, the time and date get messed up in the hand controller. The date is off by four five days and I cannot change the time on the hand controller without resetting the hand controller. I last tried this a year ago or so I seem to remember I had the same issue and I messed around and got it to work but I do not remember that I ever recognized what I did to get it to work. I just recently purchased an astrophotography camera and would like to get SN8 Pro properly working so
