Skysafari can make a wireless connection but telescope is not responding

Hello,

Sometimes I'm being disconnected from the scope by getting this message. I'm using this equipment:

Skysafari 5 Pro

Celestron CG5 GT

Sky Q Link

Celestron Wifi telescope type selected in Skysafari

Can you please help me with this? It's very frustra tinglado when Taking pics and suddenly being disconnected...

    You really need to talk to Celestron about this.  Some of the SkyQ Link modules seem to drop the connection pretty readily.  There is little we can do about it.
