LiveSky.com | Unable To Download Skylist File: Cannot Read Property 'Split' Of Undefined. Source: Parse Status: 141

I am unable to download one of my observation list files from Livesky. The file that I cannot download is: 'AL Planetary Nebula - Southern'. I receive an error "Cannot read property 'split' of undefined. Source: Parse Status: 141. See attached screenshot. Can this be looked at please.

Rodney.

    Hi Rodney,

Is this still an issue?  Did you import the observing list successfully and then modify it in LiveSky.com?  From where did you acquire the AL Planetary Nebula - Southern list?

    Thanks!

Hi, I have just tried it and it is still presenting the same symptoms. When I first upgraded to Sky Safari Pro 6, the Astronomy League's northern planetary list was already included in the observing lists. Using the iPad I added in the southern objects I wanted to include and deleted the northern ones that I didn't need. I am able to download all of the other observing lists ok, but not the planetary list. The observing list seems to work ok on the iPad as I have used it to locate objects ok, it just won't download on to the PC (using Chrome or IE).

    ** Edit **

I obtained the original planetary observing list by selecting the option of "Import from Online Repository". I then selected the Astronomical League option and included in their list was the "AL Planetary Nebula Club.skylist" file which I imported. As indicated above, I then deleted the northern objects I didn't want and added in the southern objects that I did want (all on the iPad). It works fine on the iPad but just won't let me download the file on the PC.

    Thanks,
    Rodney

Has there been any work done on my request in this post? It has been outstanding for some weeks and no further response.

    Rodney,

This should be fixed for you now.

Sorry it took so long to get to it. I think we had originally mis-identified this as a different issue, fixed that, and thought the issue was closed. Thanks for sticking with us on it!

Thanks Dave, I can now successfully download the observing lists so it is ok to close this ticket.

There is a separate issue with the content of one of my observing lists which I will look at before submitting a new request.

Thanks again for fixing this issue.

    Cheers,
    Rodney.
