Hi,
is there a way in SkySafari 6 plus on ios to only search objects in the current selected view?
This is not possible with current search options ( I can select only a constellation to narrow the search to a patch of the sky)
E.g. I zoomed in to a certain region(possible over multiple constellations but not necessary) and want to find the objects I selected in the search view.

The only way to do this is to use the Planner and restrict your search to either a range of RA/Dec or a range of Alt/Az. You will have to figure out these ranges yourself based upon your current screen display.
It is not a bad idea to have that option and I can add it to the list. However, we have a large list of other things we need to do that will probably have higher priority so I wouldn't expect it any time soon.
