Starry Night Pro 7 | Why Is Updating From Disc Version 7.0.5.190 Not Possible? (Solution: Disc Broken - Use Download Links)

Hello All,

I recently did a wipe and reinstall on my computer, and I installed SNP 7.0.5.190 from the CD. I've got my registration number, and got the program working. 

It will not find any updates though, and thinks it is totally up to date. 

My main concern is having to get Quicktime off of my computer. I thought I could install QT and SNP, update SNP, and then uninstall QT since SNP does not depend on it when updated.

Is there anything we can do?

    Hi Bill,

    Do you only have a disc?  OR, do you also have download links?

    Please delete the current version and redownload and install the latest version.

    Then SN7 Pro will work.
