An interesting question. Without NASA confirmation this would be a mislabelling in Starry Night. However, we can explore the question further here:

Hi Keiron, I think it is a mislabeling as I found out that Polaris b in Starry Night is mistakenly catalogued as "Lalande 21185 b" you can see that in my screenshot linked below. Lalande 21185 b is indeed an exoplanet, but it should not be where Polaris b is. It should be orbiting Lalande 21185 which is several hundred light years away!
