LiveSky.com | Premium Upgrade Fail

Tried to upgrade Livesky to Premium this morning. Dialog box took my credit card info, and when I submitted it, after a few seconds, it came back with an error dialog box: "Failed to purchase subscription. Please try again later or contact support." My credit card app shows that I was charged $1.00 by Simulation Curriculum right after this happened, so I don't want to "keep trying" and get charged each time...

    Rest assured that you will be refunded any money that was billed to your card in error. I'd like to help you out with this asap. Can you send me the email address associated with the purchase?     Jeff,

    The $1 is a "pre-authorization" that our payment processor (Stripe) uses to verify that the AMEX credit-card is valid (it uses $0 for all cards except AMEX, which will only use a minimum of $1). The authorization is immediately reversed, but sometimes your bank will immediately show the authorization, but not the reversal:

    I see an account with what I'm guessing is your purchase (because the email includes "stez" in it, which I won't fully divulge here.)

    If that's your account, it appears as though the signup was successful and you're ready to go. Are you able to access the "Premium" features now?

    Just got back home -- Premium features, engaged! Thanks. Don't know why the error happened and why I couldn't access Premium features before, but it works now :)
