The Done button is always at the bottom of the left side pane, while all the other buttons and menus are at the top of the screen. So most of the time the cursor is at the top, and you need to move it to the bottom to validate. Could you put the done button at the top of the left side pane ?

Bill Tschumy Sorry, no this is not easy to move. You can alway dismiss the panel by hitting Escape if you want. This should do the same as the Done button.
