How To Set Time to Civil, Nautical, or Astronomical Twilight?

The existing feature that enables setting the time to Dusk or Dawn is useful.  I wondered if it might be possible to add evening and morning civil and nautical twilight (sun altitude -6 and -12 degrees) to the presets.  Not a real high-priority request, I know, but something that doesn't seem all that difficult to add.

By the way, when I set it to Dusk and Dawn, the sun's altitude is always something like -17 degrees.  Is there a reason you are not using the commonly accepted value of -18 degrees?  Thanks.

    Tom,

That should be doable already.  If you bring up the Info for the Sun, we display the times for civil, nautical and astronomical dusk and dawn.  There are "clock" icons next to the times which will automatically set the chart time to that time.

Thanks, Bill.  I had never even noticed those handy clock icons.  I should point out that all three dusk and dawn time result in the sun at altitudes that are different from the commonly accepted values of -6, -12, and -18 degrees.  Not a big deal, but it might be worth addressing in the future.

No, we use the same commonly accepted values.  Probably has to do with whether refraction is included in the calculation or not.

Wow.  Another thing I should have known about the app.  Thanks.
