I'm not certain where I should post this. I updated to 6.1.2.45 and a few problems still exist. I haven't had time to explore other areas but so far here are a couple of issues. I find LiveSky awkward to navigate.

Program still crashes when I select HIDE OBSERVE. The icon turns white, then crashes. It doesn't occur every time but is frustrating.
I still don't see how I can email an observing list with my log notes.

Sorry you are still having problems. I have been unable to reproduce your crash. I have been looking at the crash reports from Apple, but I I don't see any from the latest 6.1.2.45 release where you are reporting this problem. Could you check to see if you have allowed Apple to share crash reports with developers?
I'm not sure I remember how to do this on iOS 9. I *think* it might be:
Tapping Settings > General > About > Diagnostics & Usage will allow you to choose between Automatically Send and Don't Send.
Please enable if it is not.
Regarding emailing the observing list...
SkySafari 6 handles observing lists and observations very differently than SS5. In SS6, observations are not really part of an observing list, but that can be attached to an observing list that contains the observed object. This allows you to make observations of objects that are not in any observing list.
So it is not possible to directly export/download an observing list that contains all your observations. However all is not lost. You can download/export and observing list and separately export all your observations for a given observing list.
Right now the iOS and Mac client apps can export or email an observing list, but they can't export the observations that are attached to that observing list (this is coming). Right now you need to use LiveSky to do this. You don't need to be signed up for Premium to do this, a basic free account will suffice:
1. Go to your livesky.com account
2. Click on Observing Lists and then the list you want to export.
3. To export the list, click the download icon in the upper right. You can chose either .skylist format or .csv.
4. To export the observations in that list, click the "Export XXX Observations" button in the upper right. You can export in .csv or the Open Astronomy Log format.

I just dug up one of my old iOS 9.3.5 devices. To enable sending of crash reports you need to go to:
iOS Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & Usage.
Be sure "Automatically Send" is checked.
I have this same issue - crash upon hide observed objects. Is there anyway of solving it without having to reinstall the app? I’m on SS6 Pro on iOS 11.4.1
I doubt reinstalling the app will fix the issue. I will look to see if I can find a crash report from you. Stay tuned.
Bill, reinstalling does fix the issue and it only reoccurs if I try to hide observed objects. It’s a cumbersome and inconvenient solution though. I found this thread only today after quite a few nights of frustration...at least, for now, I will keep all my objects visible!
As way of background, I have a list of 930 double stars (sub 5” separation) and am going through it methodically. I have quite a few observations logged (>300) and although I’m happy to repeat objects, hiding the observed ones seemed like a very good option
