I have Starry Night Pro Plus 7 on my Mac running El Capitan. Recently when I open it it tells me that an update is available (to 7.6.3, I think) and offers to install it. Once I agree, it downloads and begins to unzip. Invariably, after a significant period of time I get the error message “Update Error! An error occurred while extracting the archive” and I have to cancel the update. I’ve tried this numerous times and it just.doesn’t.work.
I have tried to find a stand-alone update at simulationcurriculum.com, and failed at that, too.
Um, help?
