Hello,
I used to travel through the starry sky using your Skysafari Plus 1.8.5 (I know it's quite old version but i like it). Recently I had to reset my mobile phone and reinstall all apps.
I'm having an issue with Skysafari. It crashes everytime I use the settings key. I tried to install the app several times, but still have the issue.
How can i solve it?

  Hi Albatros,

  You can resolve the issue like this:

  Download https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop&hl=en (or similar)

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Using a file browser, go to the top level of the SD card and delete the directory "SkySafari 4 XXX", where XXX will be "Plus" or "Pro" depending on which version you have.
  3. Now reinstall the app and try again.

  Please let me know if the above resolves the issue.
