LiveSky | Premium Subscription Fails To Acknowledge Upgrade Or Didn't Process

I already have a free LiveSky membership, and this morning I attempted to upgrade to the Premium membership, paying for the year.  I added my credit card info, all correctly, and when the spinning wheel got done (validating my card info) it said everything was good on my card.  I clicked to finish the upgrade process, and when that was done I was taken back to the LiveSky home page, and there was no indication or notice of any errors at all.  But when I try clicking on SkySafari Web or anything requiring Premium membership I get taken back to the payment screen. 

I don't know if the payment and upgrade just didn't go through or if it's stuck in limbo somewhere; so far I haven't seen a charge or pending transaction on my card.  I'm a bit leery to attempt to pay and upgrade again in case I wind up getting billed twice.  Is there anyway an Admin could check to see what happened?  Also, is there a preferred browser for LiveSky?  I currently use Edge when possible.  Thanks.

    Thanks for the report.  Apologies for the issue.  We will get this fixed asap (which may be next week, as our key developer for LiveSky is on holiday this week).  Hang in there!

    Thanks Keiron, I'm in no hurry at the moment.  I'm guessing this means I need to wait a week or so then try upgrading again?  Or is my payment in the system but stuck on your end?

    I can't confirm at this time.  So, best to just sit on it for now.  I'll see if we can get someone else to look at this issue sooner, and we'll update you here when we've got more info.

    Hi Steve,

    Developers have reviewed your account and you are successfully subscribed. Everything looks good. Maybe it's the Edge browser? We tested with Edge and find it to be working, but maybe there is something in it.  Please log out and log in again and let's see if that makes a difference.

    Well, I tried logging out and back in, but am still at Basic membership level, and clicking on Sky This Month, SkySafari Web, or Manage Subscription links takes me to the payment screen for Premium.  And it's not just Edge, but also Chrome, Brave and I even tried Tor; Brave and Tor I'd never used to log into LiveSky yet, so they were fresh logins.

    I also still have no charge or pending charge on my credit card as yet.

    Hi Steve, 

    Can you try using the Chrome incognito mode.  Also, are you running a VPN, or anything like that?

    Okay tried that and same thing, basic membership only.  I don't run a VPN or anything out of the ordinary, just a straight 12MB DSL through AT&T.  The only thing I run on my browsers is AdBlock Plus, which I turned off for these attempts.  I'm beginning to suspect my Premium upgrade didn't take or apply since I still have no charges or pending charges on my credit card, but I've just been hesitant to try the payment process again.

    Here's a question, do I have to be running SkySafari 6 first before I can unlock and have access to the Live Sky Premium resources?  I'm on Android so still on SSP5 and awaiting SSP6.

    Update, don't know what you all did but my homepage now shows me as Premium Membership.  And all seems to work as it should.  Thank you much.
