I already have a free LiveSky membership, and this morning I attempted to upgrade to the Premium membership, paying for the year. I added my credit card info, all correctly, and when the spinning wheel got done (validating my card info) it said everything was good on my card. I clicked to finish the upgrade process, and when that was done I was taken back to the LiveSky home page, and there was no indication or notice of any errors at all. But when I try clicking on SkySafari Web or anything requiring Premium membership I get taken back to the payment screen.
I don't know if the payment and upgrade just didn't go through or if it's stuck in limbo somewhere; so far I haven't seen a charge or pending transaction on my card. I'm a bit leery to attempt to pay and upgrade again in case I wind up getting billed twice. Is there anyway an Admin could check to see what happened? Also, is there a preferred browser for LiveSky? I currently use Edge when possible. Thanks.
