New scope, downloaded free app after 3 tries, put in e-mail, user name, copy and paste reg. number but can't access program. Only option given is to quit or retrieve reg. number which I already have.

Please read the following KB article about how to register Starry Night software:
I will email you your User Name and Registration Number so you can be clear about which it is. Please check your inbox.
The registration is valid and will work, guaranteed. If you do not see a black checkmark then incorrect information is entered.
Copy and paste both the User Name and the Registration Number above.
Do you see the black checkmark?
