I have SkySafari 4 Plus, I do not see a price for SkySafari 5 in the Android Game Play, is this free to 4 Plus users?

  No, it is not a free upgrade.  SkySafari 5 (the basic version) is free but SkySafari 5 Plus is currently $6.99 USD.  This is half the normal price because we are coming out with SkySafari 6 in about a month.  

  If there is no immediate rush, I'd hold off until SS6 Plus is out.  If you do want to get SS5 Plus now, we can refund your purchase if you want to upgrade to SS6 Plus when it is released.  We usually try to do a free upgrade if you bought the old version in the past month.

  I just might do the 5 Plus now, if there is a possibility of a free upgrade which i have done before..  I have been a long time user of the product and I am delighted to 

  see all the changes.  Do any of these updated releases cover surface brightness of the object?

  Just let us know when you need to update.  I can look up your purchase via your Google Play ID and refund the SS5 purchase.

  Sorry, but the catalogs we use do not contain surface brightness info.

  Bill I have tried emailing you about upgrading to Sky Safari 6 plus but they are getting bounced.  

  I purchased 5 plus in July 26 through the play store.  Let me know what else you need.

  There is no reason I know of why this would bounce.  I get email there all the time.
