(SS 5 Pro) I understand I can double tap a point of interest (POI) and I will get the distance displayed from my "home".
But let's say I want to know the distance from the Sun to, easy example, Mars. I can easily do this by orbiting the Sun, zooming accordingly, (1) selecting the Sun with a tap and then (2) double tapping Mars. All good.
But how do I get the distance to some POI a longer way away that I cant position in the view?
I had hoped that if I orbited a star/planet then using search the distance would be from that orbited object but that doesn't seem to be the case. eg If I orbit our sun then search for "Earth" (and easy example, my Q is about some object light years away) I get (now as I check) 100.4 AU when we all know the earth is 1Au from the Sun. The distance is from the Orbit view point (100 Au distance extra).
So, is there a way to get the distance between any two objects in the simulated Universe?
Great app, keep up the good work and apologies up front if this is obvious.
