Incorrect Time Zone Display In Eastern Russia And Some Islands

None of Russia is supposed to be in a different day than all the rest of Russia except when it crosses into Alaska. This is a problem I have noticed. Russia has GMT +12, but every time I tend to put only 12 for time zones that deserve them, they just go back to -12 even if I delete them and make them again, like for Nukualofa, Tonga which uses GMT +12, not GMT -12, but my endeavors to correct the time zone just seem to not be working. Also every time, I go to the location, the graph gets some glitch where text appears in yellow in the bottom left corner and I noticed it was doing it when I switched from info to status to info and status again and it was annoying.
