[Bug] SS6 Planner DST Issue

When setting the time in the planner, if the date crosses the DT/ST boundary, the time is entered as the current time, not the target date time. For example, I'm now on daylight time (September), but if I set the target date ahead to a day in standard time (e.g., November) and set 20:00, it's entered as 17:00.

Is this by design or a bug?

Oh, I'm sure this is a bug of some sort.  Dealing with DST in astronomy apps is a bit of a nightmare.  I wish the whole thing would go away.

I will look at this and try to get it fixed in the next release.  Thanks for reporting it.

Well it's certainly easy enough to work around. I just figured I was missing something. Thanks.

Also just noticed an error on my part. The time is entered off by one hour, not three. Sorry about that.

Yeah, I was wondering where the 3 hours came from.  I see if off by 1 hour as well.  Will work on this later today.

I have this fixed now.  The fix will be in the next release later this week.
