[Completed] Sky Quality Suggestion

Hey David--

Could we perhaps modify the Sky Quality display on LiveSky to match the Android SkySafari with two decimals?  As explained in the Android Beta forum, the meter goes to two decimals and the differences are pretty large.  I'm really happy I can log it to two decimals now, but it would be cool if LiveSky displayed it that way.  Thanks!
