Hey! I bought Starry Night Enthusiast 7 but when I try to download then at Google Chrome comes, that the file is incomplete :(

  Hi Mercury, 

  Starry Night is not compatible with Chrome OS/Chromebooks.  You can install Starry Night on Windows 7/8/10/Vista & macOS 10.7 and higher.

  Quick tips:

  1. On Windows, do not use Internet Explorer for the download. Use Google Chrome or Firefox. On macOS use the Apple Safari browser.
  2. Download from a fast(er) internet location. If your present location is not very fast consider using wifi at a starbucks coffee shop or local library
