Sky Week not working

Hi all, 
I just purchased Skysafari 6 Pro and when I select Sky Week the screen is blank except for an android character in the upper left corner. How can I correct this?  I have a new Samsung Galaxy S9+ Rebooting doesn't work unfortunately. Thanks, Dave

  Ok, not sure what happened but Sky Week seems to be working now. Problem solved. Thanks.

  Somehow we seem to have two threads going on this and I just responded in the other one.  Glad to hear it is working now.
