HI. I have a Celestron Nexstar SE scope, and have recently purchased your SkyFi III. On my Android phone I am running SkySafari Pro.
Today I set everything up to test connections. SkySafari found SkyFi's wi-fi signal without difficulty, so I then moved on to test the connection to the scope. In my phone settings I selected SkyFi, then pressed "Connect" on the app screen. After a short time, an error message popped up, advising me to check that the scope was powered up (it was) and that the wi-fi was correctly set up. When I looked at my phone, there was an error message on it stating that it could not connect to the internet and it offered to switch to another network (in other words, my home wi-fi).
Can you suggest what I could try, to rectify this issue?
