Hi,
It would be very useful if the Sky Safari App displayed the battery percentage of the device running it, iPhone, iPad etc. There is room on the top status line - where it would normally be displayed.

There is certainly not room in our status bar at the top. On phones this space is barely enough as it is.
We could display the standard iOS status bar on top but this would eat into vertical space and (as importantly) we cannot redden this in night vision.
I'm afraid you will have to briefly go to the Home screen if you need to check your battery.

Thanks - definitely do not want the iOS Status Bar, but I use an old iPhone 6 and it looks to me like there is room for a battery icon, more so when in landscape mode - on an iPad there is even more room.
If there isn't room when in portrait mode - there is definitely space in landscape mode - you could make it dependent on orientation?
Still think it would be good idea but over to you.
