I recently purchased SkySafari 6 Plus for my iPhone (running the latest version of IOS) to control my Celestron CGEM II mount using the Celestron WiFI module (also recently purchased). SkySafari will connect and I can start the alignment process. Often, when tapping, scrolling or zooming in and out on the screen, the SkySafari screen freezes for seconds to 10's of seconds. When moving the scope with the buttons, often there will be no response, or worse, the scope begins to move and keeps moving after a simple tap. I often have to stop the movement by tapping the button to go in the opposite direction. This occurs whether I set the response time from 1 to 4 seconds (seems to make no difference). This is problematic when aligning and calibrating the scope, and when trying to position a target for photography.
Also, recently after doing the calibration and alignment, SKySafari (or the mount) forgets where the Home position is. I assumed that the Home position was established by SkySafari at the start of the Alignment process.
