Where Is The Messier 31 Image In Wide Areas? (Answer: You Will See M31 If You Zoom In OR If You Select It Assuming You Have Deep Sky Objects Enabled + You Will Also See M31 If You Have Settings > Deep Sky > Show In Wide Fields > Enabled)

In SkySafari 6 Pro there is no image of Messier 31. Instead I see a kind of hole on this position like somebody erease this with a round stamp in photoshop. This looks very odd. The other deep sky objects are visible in this area.

    Andres,

Your dropbox image is not displaying for me so I don't know what you are seeing.  Could you just attach the image to your post?  Use the second to the right button in the toolbar above the text edit area.

I'm sorry but I deleted this image for a while because I didn't receive any answer. Here is a new one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rgeqnn7jk4qjz7d/Bildschirmfoto%202019-03-27%20um%2015.59.58%20Kopie.png?dl=0

Ah, I see what is happening.  You have the Milky Way intensity turned way up (probably to 100%).  The Milky Way panorama has a hole where M31 is because you don't want the galaxy in that image but it is had to figure out what is Milky Way and what is M31.  I never use the app with the Milky Way intensity at 100% so I haven't noticed this before.

You should see M31 if you zoom in or if you select it (assuming you have Deep Sky objects turned on).   You will also see it if you have Settings > Deep Sky > "Show In Wide Fields" turned on.
