[Installer] Problems Installing Starry Night 8 Software (Waiting For Reply)

When I download Starry night it doesn't open. It does not ask for my registration details. When I click on install and then next it ask me if I want to moderate software or uninstall? Any feedback/ideas much appreciated. Thanks. Den.

  What Starry Night software program are you trying to install?  What version is it?  What OS are you installing on?

  Hi Keiron, I am installing a free download that came with the telescope. It is Starry Night 7? I'm installing in on Google Chrome. Thanks.

  Hi Dennis, 

  You are using a Chrome web browser?  Or, you are using a Google Chromebook (w/ Chrome OS).  If the former, what operating system are you running?

  What operating system are you running?

  If the available installer options are to only "modify" or "uninstall" the app then that means the app is already installed!

  On Windows 10, look in C:/Program Files (x86)

  On macOS, look in the OS X Applications folder.

  Thanks mate. Yes it is installed but I can't open it. When I go to the programme files and click on it, it just installs again and then give me the options to modify or uninstall. The operating system is windows 10.
