Can Starry Night Special Edition Be Installed On Mobile Devices? (Answer: No, SN7SE Installs On Windows 7/8/10 Or macOS 10.10+)

My son recieved the Power Seeker for Christmas. Would the app be more useful for him on our desktop computer or on a mobile device? Can he have it installed on both? I'm worried once I use the code we will be stuck and I want to put it in the most useful format for him. I'm just not sure exactly what the app does.

  Hi Julie, 

  Starry Night Celestron SE 7 only installs in Window 7/8/10/Vista and macOS 10.7 and higher.  You can not install the app on a mobile device, unless it is Microsoft  mobile device running Windows 10.

  You can, alternatively, download the free "Celestron SkyPortal" app for iOS or Android devices.  Or, look for our other free iOS/Android app "SkySafari AR".
