[UX Issue] What Are The Green Pixels/Dots In The Sky (Answer: A Database Is On)

Hi 

 

I  experience green pixels (dots) when I Pan and zoom the screen in my starry night 8 pro plus and even when I open the application. It looks line green dashes or dots and increase with zooming. I use all sky images which is unique for 8 pro plus.

  Please look in the right side pane > Options > Deep Space > the green markers you see are a database.  I'm not sure which one.  But, if you toggle your databases off and on you can figure it out.

  As you found > Deep Space / Deep sky / Object type/ Double Star is the database in question!
