[UX Issue]* Markers And Outlines Are Not 100% Accurate

SN8P location markers appear to be misaligned with the earth surface image -e.g. Niagara-on-the-Lake is not really in the lake.  The lat/long of the markers appear to be close but could use a bit more precision.
