How can I know when I have the sun and the 4 inner planets OR the 4 outer planets
that they are approximately in the same plane with the sun or sun's equator?
How can I adjust them?

Keiron Smith Quick solution: Favourites > Solar System > Inner Planets > Inner Solar System or Outer Solar System
And, right-click on the Sun and choose "Show Ecliptic"
Longer solution:
Options > Viewing Locations > View From: Position Hovering Over - Sun
In the right side pane choose "Planets"
In the right side pane enable the orbits of your preferred planets.
In the right side pane right click on the Sun and choose to "Show Ecliptic"
From the main toolbar hold down the Ascend button.
From the main toolbar, beside the Home button, choose the "Location Scroller" to pan around the sky.
