Well, 3 months after upgrading to SN8 and I'm still using SN7 Pro Plus. I need proper functioning FOV indicators for astrophotography. Although the last upgrade improved the FOV indicators by adding back the rotation handles, as was pointed out in another post, the FOV indicators seem to be locked in AltAz mode, and no longer rotate as expected for an equatorial mount as it moves to different sky positions. Am I missing a setting somewhere to tell SN8 that I'm using an equatorial mount? If not, will this behaviour be corrected so that the FOV indicators work the same as they do in SN7 where the FOV indicators rotate as you move to different positions in the sky?
