Why Is The Toolbar Hidden With No Way To Get It Back? (Needs Path To Reproduction)

Hi,

this post is related to Sky Safari 6 Plus 6.1.0.34

yesterday I was using Skysafari at my android tablet. I centerd an object in the app and put the tablet besides and watched through the eypiece.
After that I came back to the tablet, made it open and looked for anther object. And again and again I watched some objects.
At two times during my session, after opening the tablet the app doesnt't have the toolbar open and touching the triangle to open it fails. There was no other way then restarting the app.

  Carsten,

  Are you using the button in the lower left to hide/show the toolbar?  I assume this is the "triangle" you are referring to?  Do you think you are hiding the toolbar and then for some reason the button is not re-showing it?

  It would be nice if you could figure out some way to reproduce this because I've never see it before and have no idea what might be happening.

  Bill.

  no I did not use the "lower left" to hide the toolbar. But it was hidden after openening the tablet. If I could reproduce, I would have posted it.
  The tablet was security password off. so it starts directly with your app and all is in red "night" mode. And somehow the toolbar ist missing.

  I tried to unhide with the "lower left", but it does not reapear.

  Could you play around a bit and see if you can reproduce it?  Unless I can get a reproducible case there is not much I can do.

  I think there are some versions of Android that have a way to hide the toolbar.  I'm not much of an Android user so I don't recall the details.  I wonder if your Android version has this and it is getting triggered somehow.
