i just purchased SN8 Pro Plus and am still overwhelmed by all those features. In just started reading the sky guide which is fantastic.
Before SN, I used the free Stellarium SW. To learn star hopping, I used the angle measure tool in Stellarium to draw a line from my starting point to my target object, then move along that line in FOV steps.
How would I do that in SN8? There is an angle measure tool, but the line disappears as soon as I release the mouse button. Is there a way to make that line stay?
Of course, I could draw a line by creating a custom starhopping asterism. But I would prefer to just draw it.
