Just a thought but would it be worth having a choice of mount within equipment? Not essential - more for the pleasure of recording the use of equipment over time, as an observer develops his or her observatory.

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems like a reasonable request although it would probably necessitate having a list of commercially available mounts to choose from when adding your equipment. That is a reasonably big task. We will consider it.
