Hi. I bought SN8 PRO in order to get help from the program to connect my telescope. I bought a cable USD to telescope and even SN recognize my telescope with originals nae it give a error "NO RESPONSE 16 and sometimes 17" 

 

I appreciatte all help and support you can give me.
