[UX Issue]* Observing List Redraw Flicker On Windows 10

Several times now I get a continuous 'redraw' flicker when viewing observing lists.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

 

Here is a link to a couple of screen videos showing the flicker...note: the flicker stops when I right click to select data columns to display for the observing list e.g. transit time, database name, etc.:

Back in in 7.3.1 a flicker was fixed for find results, maybe this is similar?
