I had an issue where i had to start over and when i try to download again and get close to the end i am told i have an installation already in progress and need to complete it first. There is no evidence of the installation still going on and i am going nuts trying to figure this out

chad thomas It's The Starry Night College 7 app on Windows Vista don't have a picture of it can't go through the process and wait that long to get that error message again

Keiron Smith Hi Chad,
- I suggest rebooting your computer and trying the installer again. Rebooting will kill any background processes.
- You are also welcome to install on anther computer.
- We also have a web delivered version of SNC that may work for you if you have no success with options #1 and #2.

chad thomas I did try rebooting and restarting and the same issue would happen it would also get stuck at some points I do have access to another laptop that is newer from my family but it is inconvenient to them and to me to use
