When I have my location set to a location outside of Las Vegas at 7/15/2019 I noticed the moon is setting at the incorrect time (5:27am). When I change the time zone of the location to GMT-8 it works fine and I get the correct moonset of 4:27am, but right now it is officially GMT-7. Could daylight savings adjustment not be taken into consideration? I did notice on the US Naval Observatory charts they mention that their times need to be adjusted by an hour during daylight savings as well...
Thanks for the help!
