My old procedure does not work with IOS 13, when I try to open an attached file from an email IOS 13 does not give me a Sky Safari Pro App option as the older IOS did. Is there some new way to do this procedure. These are Sky Safari files exported from ST3 which has worked before.

We are aware of this issue and will fix in an update.
As a workaround, if you have another device running an older version of iOS then you can install SkySafari 6 Pro, open the observing list email attachment via that other device and then sync to all your SkySafari 6 Pro apps, including those running on iOS 13.
