Why Does The Alignment Fail With SkySafari 5 Pro And Celestron Nexstar 6SE?

Trying to align Skt Safari with telescope using Sirius, Betelgeuse and Reigel.  Get message "Alignment Failed". Are these three too close together for alignment or do I have a different setup issue?
