I have downloaded the starry night program, however, I need to download an app to open it, as my computer is in S mode and I prefer to keep it so.

  Starry Night can be installed on Windows 10 (Windows PC) or macOS 10.11 and higher (Macbook, iMac).

  I have it downloaded, no problems. I just can’t open it until I have the app that will allow me to open it in safe mode.

  Please explain.  What OS are you running?  And, what happens when you try to install or run Starry Night?  Please attach a screenshot of the error message.

  I am running Windows 10.  When I try to open starry night, I am directed to the app store and it is stating that Windows 10 is in S mode.  I can use a similar app in the app store to open it.  However,  I do not know what similar app there is.
