What Do I Need To Use SkySafari 6 Pro To Control My Coulter 8 Inch Don With Digital Setting Circles And A Sky Commander Telescope?

I am about to go with an Apple iPad mini for photography, so why not also use it for astronomy also.  I have a Coulter 8 inch dobsonian telescope equipped with  digital setting circles and a Sky Commander telescope controller.  What else do I need to make a useable connection from scope/Sky Commander to an iPad mini running SkySafari Plus?
