I keep getting an error message stating that either Celestron or MSVCR100.dll is missing. Can somebody help me out?

  Hi Sean, 

  Error Message: Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

  The MSVCR100.dll Error message can be resolved by installing the following software

  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999

  At the link above the only option that you need to choose between would be:

  vcredist_x64.exe - For 64bit systems
  vcredist_x86.exe - For 32bit systems
