Why Won't Starry Night Run on Windows 10? (Answer: Check Your Graphics Card For OpenGL Support - Read On!)

I tried to reinstall Pro 7 on my new laptop (Windows 10 Home). It fully installed, but when I try and run it, it won't go past the splash screen. I filled in my name and product lic number. Why won't it run??

    Please provide the following information:

In Windows 10 ---> Right click on Windows Icon/Start button---> Go to "Run" ---> type "dxdiag" in the search field and hit return. ---> On the DirectX panel that opens up look under the Display tab for "Device" <--- what it says here will be the graphics card.

    2. System Information.

Note if its Pro, Home, etc. Also, and 32 or 64 bit.
