My name is Philip Smith and I image the ISS. I am very mad that my ISS update files are not updating to the true ISS data. Heavens Above or Cal Sky have the true updated files. People like me bought all your software updates starting at Version 4 and up to Starry Night Pro Plus 8. I need this Starry Night Pro Plus 8 to be working. This is why I bought this software. PLEASE give me bug fix for this. This is a sample of my ISS work.

Fantastic image! I'm sorry you encountered an error. We import the satellite data directly from Celestrak. It's possible there was an error in the data but I'll investigate if there is a program issue. Did you select Help-Update Data files?
You can however manually enter any data using the Orbit Editor in Starry Night or by even by editing the Satellites.txt file. Let me know if you want more details on doing both. Thank you.
