Can't Find GPS

I have a Lenovo TB 8.  Trying to get Current Location.  Error message says it can't get coordinates.  I also have "GPS Status".  It finds many satellites and gives a position accurate to 2 meters.

How do I get SS6+ to recognize GPS?
