Hello bought ss6 2 weeks ago 27.99 now its 19.99 is there a price guarantee.  For difference.?

Also can I use it on 2 different 

android phones or tablet at the same time or do I have to buy it for both.

  I can answer your second question, it can be used on several devices for the price of one purchase so long as they're both supported Android versions.

  As long as you're logged in with the same Google account on each device, you will find you can follow the below article to install on a second device:

  Give the short timeframe and current circumstances, I could issue you a refund for your previous purchase and you can complete the process again at the lower price at your convenience in the next week or so while the sale is still active.  Please provide your order number from the receipt Google sent you so I can process that refund.
