Aggravated by go-to for cgem Mount

I am so fed up with the go-to and I don’t know what else to do..I have a cgem ii Mount and I have the starry night pro plus 7..running on a windows 10...{I’m running it through the hand controller on a 50’ usb2 powered repeater to a dell laptop}... I’ve got some suggestions from others and i did it...(time matching) (location matching) both for the mount and for the program.... I downloaded the most current drivers for ascom along with the celestron driver (nexstsar) and I hit connect as it’s com6 and it’s after I align the telescope and it says align success...hit connect and it shows where the mount is pointing HOWEVER the marker moves and doesn’t keep up with the star that its looking at...so over time i slew to an object and I’m 10-30 degrees off.... i have done everything, and I’m at wits end I need someone to contact me right away because I need someone to direct me through this...because I need help!!!!!!!!

It goes exactly as this...hand controller...micro usb cable into a 7 port hub then into a 50 foot usb2.0 powered repeater cable into the dell laptop

    Elliot,

Please remove the USB hub.  Try a direct connection from computer to hand controller.  Confirm the hub is not the origin of the problem.

    Thanks!
