yesterday I've bought the PGC Catalog suing in-app purchases but something went wrong: 3.49€ were taken from my credit card, I've received the receipt but the PGC is not installed on Sky Safari 6 pro.
How this issue can be solved?

When you press "Restore Purchases" does the price button for PGC change? Or if you press the price button for PGC, does it say you have already purchased it? The best way to tell if you have the PGC installed - is to search for PGC objects - if they are all there - it's installed. Just in case, I'll private message you a redemption code for the PGC add-on.

if I press Restore Purchases meanwhile if I press the price button, the software asks me if I want to purchase it... where I can use the redemption code?
Anyway, if I search an object, i.e.: PGC 65001 it works. PGC 65001 = M33.

Hi Simone - it appears other users are also reporting a similar issue on MacOS - we're not sure what might be occurring - whether its some Apple issue (we'll send them a ticket) or if it's something on our end - but Apple handles the in-app purchase and verification mechanism. Will keep you updated - if my solution above didn't work for you.

due to avoid a false-positive, I've completely removed both SkySafari Pro 5 and 6 with all the configuration folders, I've downloaded again Skysafari Pro 6 from the AppStore but in-app purchases continues to show PGC as non bought. I've tried to use the code you have sent to me but for the AppStore the PGC is still purchased...
So, in other words, I think that I could have da same bug you have reported.
I'm on MacBook Pro (Retina 13 icnh, early 2015) with macOS Catalina 10.15.4.

I've tried, after the reinstall, to click on Restore Purchases but nothing happened: no messages, no reactions.
I've tried to use your redemption code on my App-Store and it replies that the item is just bought and I should try to reset the app (I've reinstalled because of this messages).

I'm having issues downloading the Apollo in app purchase for the past week. It was $2.79 and the purchased failed. Today it's $5.49 and I tried to purchase and it does not give any error but no Apollo Missions

Hi, we reached out to Apple and they confirmed we had everything setup correctly for the in-app purchase. However, that didn't solve our issue! So we uploaded a new update today to the Apple MacOs store in the hopes it will reset/solve whatever the issue might have been. The in-apps did work in our sandbox environment so we are hopeful. Apple should review and approve the update in the next 5 days or so. Thank you.
Hello we just released an update for the MacOS apps (version 6.4.1). Might take a while to propagate through the App Store but you should see it sometime today. Hopefully it will fix this issue.
Hello. My Ver 6.4.1 SkySafari 6 pro has still download problem with a message of "The operation could not be completed". And 'Restore Purchases' function dose not into restore In-App procedure. macOS Catalina 10.15.4
Just bought Skysafari 6 Pro today with the latest version 6411. Bought PCG and GAIA and getting the same results as the above post. SKErrorDomain error 0. Got emails from apple confirming I had purchased the addons and money has been taken. Mojave 10.14.3.
Hi Timothy, it's a frustrating situation. We've escalated the problem with Apple and are now in touch with their engineering team. The in-app just stopped working through no action of our own. We do have a plan B if Apple can't figure it out. Stay tuned - we'll make it right.

We released the 6.5.0 update today, which includes all downloadable IAPs by default. Please update when it is available in your Mac App Store, and let us know if you are now good to go.
